Welcome to ACE Avionics Training. By purchasing or accessing our training modules, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and Services

ACE Avionics Training provides online educational content related to avionics fundamentals, maintenance, and systems. Our training is designed to help learners prepare for the CAET (Certified Aircraft Electronics Technician) certification exam.

Our training is educational in nature and does not guarantee certification, employment, or any specific outcome. Success depends on your individual effort and application of the material.

2. Account and Access

When you purchase a training module or bundle, you receive:

• 12 months of access from the date of purchase
• Access for one individual user only
• The right to access content on any personal device

You may not share your login credentials, distribute course content, or allow others to access your account. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect existing purchases.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once you have accessed the training content.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content, contact us at nick@aceavionicstraining.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All training content, including text, images, videos, simulations, and assessments, is the property of ACE Avionics Training. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
• Record, screenshot, or capture training materials
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works from our content

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform for lawful educational purposes only. You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems or other users' access.

7. Disclaimer

Our training is provided "as is" for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of any content. ACE Avionics Training is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on our training materials.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
